B - cheese omlette, bacon, coffee w/c
L - will be using up some leftovers, roasted stuffed peppers, stuffed pork loin,
D - fish, cabbage soup,
Will need to add some calories as this plan only brings me about half way there, but will throw in some CO somewhere and usually want a snack before bed. Am trying to keep the carbs lower today but also not overdo the protein.

TJ-- I like the idea of a hollowed out bagel, but how do you count the calories? did you weigh it or something?

Hey Soren - Bagels are one of my fav foods but so expensive in calories. Can't say I love the bagel thins so I slice my "good" bagels then just scoop out and toss the innards on both sides with my fingers before I toast and dress them. I weighed it before and after once a long time ago and found I lost about 1/3 of the bagel by weight but never missed it once I loaded it up with my usual fixings. So now I just count it as .66 of a bagel and get to eat the good bagels with less guilt.

Pefecto! That's what I would've done, then created a custom food or something in my tracker. I might do that with real (non LC) bagels... I do like the LC brand I get, but it'll be nice to eat a regular one at someone's house or whatever and not totally freak out

Whew--what a week! So glad the weekend is here...

B - Coffee, SF Torani, Unsweetened almond milk/HWC, 1 piece CO candy
L - Taco meat/cabbage salad, 1 piece CO candy
D - Ground beef/veggie skillet
D - Low carb chocolate mousse, 1 piece CO candy

I'm working on adjusting my fat/protein/carb ratio's to find the best balance for me. Basically, I'm trying to maximize the fat ratio to help more for satiety and improved sleep, while eating all the varieties of veggies I enjoy. If I can accomplish this (which I have no doubt is very possible), I believe I've found a WOE that will comfortably get me to goal and maintenance...
