Oh Steph...that eggs benedict w/hollandaise sounds goooooooood. I'm going to have to add that to my "to eat" list for a future UD.

B: 4 small sausage patties and coffee w/HWC and sucralose
L: chicken salad w/mayo, celery and onion
Pre D: vodka gimlet - mmmmmm
D: Salsa verde pork w/o the pasta (this recipe is on the Dreamfields site and is SO YUMMY! I like to eat just the topping and not the pasta. LoCarb habits die hard.)
Lots and lots of iced tea all day.

Total 2102, so I even have 170 calories to play with. Maybe some peanut butter for a snack later. I'm trying to get my fat % up. Not quite NK, but aiming in that direction.

It's National Taco Day and I'm celebrating.

B - 2 egg & cheese tacos, coffee with almond milk
L - 2 tacos with Tofurky crumbles, salsa, avocado, and cheese
D - not sure, maybe I'll go for tacos for all my meals today.

Breakfast: Bullet proof coffee

Lunch: salmon on sprouted grain toast, bit of yogurt, apple with PB2

Dinner: sprouted brown rice mixed with onions, garlic, black beans, ground meat, & salsa; few tortilla chips on the side and a glass of wine.

1567 calories so I have a hundred left.....maybe some dark chocolate with that wine.
