Im Back !!!

Hi everyone I was here last year and did JUDD Oct. and just fell off. I had never counted calories ever since I always did low carb. But through the year I did JUDD off and on and I think I have a better handle on keeping track now. Im not too good at posting... much better at reading the posts. I feel like I know you all. Hope to get to know you all better.

I see that we are not so very far apart in our scale numbers, and I just re-started JUDDD 3 weeks ago--love that! I'll be looking for your posts...

Hi Debbie!

aboard! It'll be great to have you here. I've been doing this for one month now, and loving it. I just find the support of all these great people so inspiring. I'm not sure I could be sticking with it if I didn't have them to check in with often.

We're close to the same height and weight, and, like Stepinthyme said, it'll be nice to encourage each other along the way.
