DD Wednesday ~ What's on your menu?

I'm increasing DDs this month, so shooting for less than 700 calories.

B: Black coffee, everything bagel thin w/FF cream cheese (140)
L: Small Wendy's chili, habanero hot sauce, diet coke (210)
D: Progresso Light Italian Meatball soup - whole can (160)

510 total, unless I decide to add anything.

Brunch - Quorn turkey style burger, 1 tablespoon grated parmesan/romano cheese, 1/4 of an avocado, 2 snack size pickles. I melted the cheese on the burger and topped with diced avocado. Total calories = 196

I'm also enjoying a glass of raspberry blackberry seltzer water for zero calories.

I have 266 calories for dinner, not sure what I'm going to make. I have broccoli and cauliflower on hand, so I might make a low cal soup.

My plan is to fast until dinner and then have rotisserie baked chicken and maybe some veggies. Both of my daughters have gymnastics tonight (at different times) and DS has football practice. It doesn't leave me much time to cook so I'm gonna grab a rotisserie meal from the supermarket. Kids can eat the chicken, mac-n-cheese, etc. and I'll have the veggies. DH is doing low-carb so it works for both of us

It's looking like my whole DD is going to just be bulletproof coffee (80 cal)

This seems to be becoming a trend. I think this means I'm officially getting better at down days. I'm fairly amazed.

I fasted until dinner then had pumpkin refrigerator oatmeal. It was just okay. I needed something 'to go'. Next time I'll make apple cinnamon. That with my CO came to 500 cal.

I've lost 90 pounds at this point and have decided to give my body a break. I'm going into maintenance for a month or so, and then will go back to weight loss mode.

I did this back at the end of May and through June, and it really helped me to sort of "reset" and not get too caught up in the lose-lose-lose mentality.
