B: Coffee 100 cals
D: 6 strips of bacon, 6 eggs, can of tuna, some salmon, whole can of green beans with some olive oil, serving of cheese, ranch, butter, and if i have calories i need left, some muscle milk *If i can't eat them*

total up to 2700 calories is a MUST on UD, been only eating 2000, lol.

Tal that seems like an awful lot of calories! Are you sure you put in lbs as weight and not kilos? All that?

UD nk style

Coffee w/heavy cream
small steak cooked in butter w/mushrooms and spinach salad w/macadamia oil
small serving of pot roast, slice avocado, broccoli w/butter and caesar salad
Snack not in totals will probably be some bulletproof coffee later (200 more cals, all fat)

1462 cals; 129g fat; 73g protein;21g carbs; 8g fiber
75.54% fat;19% protein; 5.47% carbs

I get 1789 for those stats.
For 150kg, yes it's 2700.
So yeah, you're not clicking the correct button on the calculator.

I just ran the numbers based on male, age 18, and 150 pounds at 5'9" and got UD = 2111 and DD = 422 at 20%.

Looks like you were doing fine at around 2000!

ETA: Ha! Dottie and I are both jumping back and forth from the JUDDD website to here! We rock!

I think it's because I'm quite active, so i guess ill meet it around the middle at like 2400.

2 eggs, 3c salad w/2T Caesar dressing, 20 rice crackers w/3T garlic hummus, 2 stuffed Hungarian wax peppers, 2c Italian cabbage soup. This will come in lower than a normal UD but my DD was at the higher end of my range.

Tal-- I think a lot of people leave the calculator at "low activity/sedentary" (whatever it says) b/c you tend to go over on calories a bit now and then, so it gives the lowest UD numbers (*I think)

I set my DH up that way (lowest activity) and at 6'3" and 300lbs for now (42yrs old) it still gives him 3000 calories. I'm totally stumped as to how to get him to eat that much... sorry, I keep repeating that everywhere, but my mind is BLOWN.

me, today:
b: no
L: sushi! must've had a good 20 pieces? I counted it about like that, got 1000 cal

D: will grill some shortribs, marinated asian "kalbi" style (or is it bulgogi? dunno). But they're cut a bit thick, ah well, will still be tasty.
-- 1000 cal or so there.

so that's pretty much my day maybe a LC chocolate or frozen ice milk.

200 cals coffee -had a bit of sugar today...not too much though haha-
310 oats n peanut butter
390 eggs n cheese
200 3 pieces of bacon
180 mayo
120 Coconut oil
110 olive oil
100 salad
80 ranch
80 string cheese
about 200 cals of flounder (3 halves)
100 cals can of tuna
150 cals of muscle milk
2240 cals, all in one meal.

Yeah, I'll keep it around 2000 - 2200 just to play it safe, i do 300 on my DD now any way.
