DD Tuesday - What's Cookin'?
Today is the first DD I've had since restarting JUDDD in which I'm eating lunch--I have found I do the best if I save most of my calories for dinner. Our project team where I work is being treated to lunch, so my plan is to eat at the high range of my DD calories if I need to...
B - Coffee, SF Torani and unsweetened almond milk L - Carribean Caesar Salad (no croutons, dressing on the side and dip my fork in) D - Ham slice, broccoli |

Really not sure. I am at work and the supplies I have with me are 2 HB eggs, a nonfat plain greek yogurt and some raspberries, an apple and some magic pops with various low fat cheeses. I also have pb2 and chicken bouillon so I am prepared!!! BUT I might just try and fast til dinner. We'll see!

Step-- sounds like a good plan. I do the same thing when I have a DD and a social function. The mental permission to go to a higher number is a huge guilt-saver.
Dottie-- what is NK? I must've missed it... TJ-- what's a magic pop? me B: green tea. I have some that is *not* DavidsTea brand, and I've been hoarding it for a while (Hediard, comes in gorgeous tins from France, and the tea is actually delicious though I did sort of get it for the tins )this one is called "Shiraz" and is floral and fruity, though I can't say what fruit L: maybe a 50cal turkey pepperette and a triangle (so 75cal?) D: not a clue, but since DH is joining me now, probably a big cabbage stirfry with chicken and maybe some shirataki noodles to stretch it further. How much you want to bet that he loses something like 20lbs this month ???

Hey Sorenkkg - the magic pops are my latest obsession. I can't put a link here but do a search. They are like rice cakes but lighter and bigger. They are only 15 calories and come in many flavors and make a great dipper or something to spread - fabulous with lox, cream cheese and a little scallion. I just had one with a little pb2. I often eat them UD or DD when I want a little crunch but don't want to waste calories on crackers, pretzels or chips. I bought a case online because I couldn't find them locally to buy and I am flying through that case - in fact it's time to re-order!

Oh, right, I did know that. I keep thinking "pop" as in lollypop... I think those look like the bigger version of the new Special K crackers, sort of?
