At the end of September I weighed in at 148.4 after a humungazoid weekend of eating and drinking (grand final) so.... my goal for this month will be 142.

1/10 - 148.4 - am hoping to drop some of that soon as 4 pound was from w/e!
2/10 - 147.2 - Come'on... keep comin down......
3/10 - 145.8 - yay, nearly back to where I started before the w/e.
4/10 - 147.0
5/10 - 146.6 - very clogged up and know TOM is near
6/10 - 146.0 after MD
7/10 - 146.2 TOM Tomorrow

2/10 ( after dd)....231....happy with this as had 2 ud's at the weekend
3/10 (after Ud)...231...estactic with this as I should lose some weight in tomorrows weigh in and as I have stayed the same weight now for 10 days it will be more than welcome!! Yay!!
4/10...231....(after DD), am really really struggling to get past this weight, may make today an ID, havent done one of those before!
5/10...231...(after ID) am hoping after my DD today my weight will change!Im waiting for that whoosh fairy!!
6/10..229 (after DD) she came!!!

I'm a very slow loser as I only do 3 DDs per week (mon-wed-fri), 2 UDs per week (tue-thu) and have the weekends off.

10/01 - DD - 51.4Kg - 113lbs
10/02 - UD - 51Kg - 112.2lbs
10/03 - DD - 50.6Kg - 111.3lbs I didn't count but I think I didn't eat enough calories yesterday I hope this doesn't make my DD today harder.
10/04 - UD - 50Kg - 110lbs
10/05 - DD - 50.1Kg - 110.2lbs
10/06 - Day off - 49.5Kg - 108.9lbs But I know it will be up again on monday.
10/07 - Day off - 50.3Kg - 110.6lbs Up as expected.
10/08 - DD - 51.1Kg - 112.4lbs

I would like to join you all as well. My goal for October is to follow my UD/DD rotations and follow my calorie numbers. I have a normal than high starting weight because of a high carb weekend and TOM starting yesterday.

My goal for October is 185 lbs.

10/1 198 lbs. DD (722 cal)
10/2 194 lbs. UD (aiming for 1952 cal) - probably closer to 2000+
10/3 193.2 lbs. DD (Loss after an UD - YES!!! ) Calories were 646 but I exercised for about 233 calories
10/4 192.4 lbs. UD (Did 30 Day Shred yesterday and no gain -YAY!)
10/5 194.4 lbs. DD <500 (Did 30 Day Shred)
10/6 192.4 lbs. UD Had around 1500 calories and some lite beers
10/7 DNW - Had a MD ~ 1225 calories
10/8 194.2 DD <500 Fasting until dinner

Hi I am new and love it here!!!

10/7...1300 cals......138
10/8...450 cals........137.5

My ultimate goal is to get back down to 125 as I am 5'3".

In my wildest dreams I would love to achieve that by end of October. However, I would be happy just not bingeing for a change and instead just being able to follow this program successfully. I have created a bad habit the last three months of stuffing about 2500 cals into me every single day in the form of chocolate and chips. What is that?

I did this plan naturally a couple of years ago but just wasn't aware I was following a plan. I simply listened to my body. I bypassed hunger in the morning and found i wasn't hungry again till about 3 when I would eat one good balanced meal. This works and I feel better being without food in the morning. I know i read a few posts where people said that they were more succesful just straight fasting until the evening meal. I am one of those. If I eat breakfast, I am eating allllll day long. it is weird

Not sure what my goals are for the month. Just getting started last week. I think just steady downward movement would be encouraging. Here's how things look so far:

241.6 - 10/4 - 1627 UD
240.0 - 10/5 - 476 DD
239.9 - 10/6 - 1851 UD
240.1 - 10/7 - 458 DD
239.9 - 10/8 - 1771 UD TOM

I'm not even going to question it....just gonna keep on trucking. I struggle to eat all my UD cals. I mean really, really struggle. And I'm realizing that a lot of it is guilt and what I've been brainwashed to think is "too much food in one day". Doesn't make it much easier...but at least I'm realizing the issue. Geesh
