Starting the month at 184.2lbs after losing just 1.8lbs in September. I think I need to pay attention to what I'm eating a bit more and keep on top of my down days (I've been letting my calories creep up too much and too often).

I would like to join you all as well. My goal for October is to follow my UD/DD rotations and follow my calorie numbers. I have a normal than high starting weight because of a high carb weekend and TOM starting yesterday.
My goal for October is 185 lbs. 10/1 198 lbs. DD (722 cal) 10/2 194 lbs. UD (aiming for 1952 cal) - probably closer to 2000+ 10/3 193.2 lbs. DD (Loss after an UD - YES!!! ) Calories were 646 but I exercised for about 233 calories 10/4 192.4 lbs. UD (Did 30 Day Shred yesterday and no gain -YAY!) Nice to meet everyone

I'm back! My goal is to stay within my calorie goals (UD 1800-1900 and DD 600 or less), keep macros to 75/20/5 and have FUN!
I will be in the 180's by the end of the month. Only going to weigh on Monday mornings. Ended Sept at 197.6 10/1 DD 196.2 10/4 UD 194.6 Couldn't resist the scale! I LOVE JUDDD! It works great as long as I stick to my numbers! |

I'm still chicken and will only weigh once a week, after a DD.
October goal is 249 - shooting for a new decade. Oct 2 - 256 Oct 4 - 254 ![]() Oct 10 - Oct 16 - Oct 24 - Oct 30 - Wahooo Melisa! WTG on those 2 pounds! ![]() I must admit to doing the same thing this morning. I had a good DD yesterday and couldn't resist the scale this morning. I LOVE JUDDD!!! |

At the end of September I weighed in at 148.4 after a humungazoid weekend of eating and drinking (grand final)

SO HUNGRY!!
I'm excited for a good dinner tonight - having a piece of fish and a salad tonight after work. My DD is going well, and I'm still debating on having a second one tomorrow, since I need Saturday to be an up day .I planned out my meals tomorrow already, and it looks doable, but we'll see. Shirataki noodles are life savers!! I'd like to see the 160s by the end of this month.. I'd like to see the 150s by the end of the year. All I can do is try and ![]() Hope everyone is doing well!

I'm a very slow loser as I only do 3 DDs per week (mon-wed-fri), 2 UDs per week (tue-thu) and have the weekends off. 10/01 - DD - 51.4Kg - 113lbs 10/02 - UD - 51Kg - 112.2lbs 10/03 - DD - 50.6Kg - 111.3lbs I didn't count but I think I didn't eat enough calories yesterday I hope this doesn't make my DD today harder. 10/04 - UD - 50Kg - 110lbs 10/05 - DD - 50.1Kg - 110.2 |
