would like to join you all as well. My goal for October is to follow my UD/DD rotations and follow my calorie numbers. I have a normal than high starting weight because of a high carb weekend and TOM starting yesterday.

My goal for October is 190 lbs.

I have lost 4 pounds this month, mostly in the second half! I definitely think my clothes are looser! I have completed 3 weeks of exercise. My goal for this month was 224 lbs, a 5 pound loss but not too bad! I always do better towards the end of the month - I think I stick to plan better knowing that my goal date is fast approaching!
