At the end of September I weighed in at 148.4 after a humungazoid weekend of eating and drinking (grand final)
so.... my goal for this month will be 142.1/10 - 148.4 - am hoping to drop some of that soon as 4 pound was from w/e! 2/10 - 147.2 - Come'on... keep comin down...... 3/10 - 145.8 - yay, nearly back to where I started before the w/e. 4/10 - 147.0 5/10 - 146.6 - very clogged up and know TOM is near 6/10 - 146.0 after MD 7/10 - 146.2 TOM Tomorrow 8/10 - 144.4 9/10 - 147.2 i'll take that. TOM came yesterday and ate buckets of lollies and chocolate. Hope its just water.... 10/10 - 146.2 after a DD, net 500ish after exercise. Still hanging onto some water and LOTS of food 11/10 - 147.0 think I ate too much (again) 12/10 - 144.0 Soooo want to crack the 143 in the next few days! 13/10 - 144.8 After a MD that turned into an UD (alcohol) don't want to see 147 again! 14/10 - 146.4 Rach ![]() ![]() ![]() |

2/10 ( after dd)....231....happy with this as had 2 ud's at the weekend 3/10 (after Ud)...231...estactic with this as I should lose some weight in tomorrows weigh in and as I have stayed the same weight now for 10 days it will be more than welcome!! Yay!! 4/10...231....(after DD), am really really struggling to get past this weight, may make today an ID, havent done one of those before! 5/10...231...(after ID) am hoping after my DD today my weight will change!Im waiting for that whoosh fairy!! 6/10..229 (after DD) she came!!! 7/10...DNW as away for weekend..UD Sat and DD Sun. 08/10 228 after a dd...I have lost a stone so calling this as my weigh In...so happy!!! 09/10..229....Id turned into Ud..Im going to have 2 DD's Thurs/Fri instead. 10/10..DNW..away unexpectedly in a hotel ..thank goodness its an ud!! 11/11..after Ud..dnw...back to work now..off soon for my bp check...fingers crossed its gone down!!Having a DD today..... 12/10...231..put on 2lbs..not bad for the weird week I have had....proper rotations will soon sort that out! 14/10 after DD 227..cant believe Ive lost this weeks xs and another 1lb....yay!! I am going to change my goal and call 144 it. 10/08 DD 147.8 Not to worry. October goal: to get to the 40's (sorry, I do it in kilos) and to stay there!
I'm a very slow loser as I only do 3 DDs per week (mon-wed-fri), 2 UDs per week (tue-thu) and have the weekends off. 10/01 - DD - 51.4Kg - 113lbs 10/02 - UD - 51Kg - 112.2lbs 10/03 - DD - 50.6Kg - 111.3lbs I didn't count but I think I didn't eat enough calories yesterday I hope this doesn't make my DD today harder. 10/04 - UD - 50Kg - 110lbs 10/05 - DD - 50.1Kg - 110.2lbs 10/06 - Day off - 49.5Kg - 108.9lbs But I know it will be up again on monday. 10/07 - Day off - 50.3Kg - 110.6lbs Up as expected. 10/08 - DD - 51.1Kg - 112.4lbs 10/09 - UD - 50Kg - 110lbs - grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!! I really wanted to see a 49.* there! 10/10 - DD - 50.1Kg - 110.2lbs - I thought I had a bad up day, but in the end it turned out OK! Probably it was the heavy workout at the gym? Odd, because I do the same workout 3 times a week. Oh well, I'm happy with that! Want to see it on the 40's tomorrow!!!!! 10/11 - UD - 50.2 - 110.4lbs Gutted!!!! October Goal is 144. I was gone the last four days of September so did not weigh so not sure what I weighed on Sept 30.
10/01 UD 144.0 10/02 DD 145.6 That is Saturday and the fair food showing up. Entirely expected 10/03 UD 145.6 10/04 DD 145.4 10/05 UD 143.8 10/06 DD 146.6 10/07 UD 144.4 YEA!! I am going to change my goal and call 144 it. 10/08 DD 147.8 Not to worry. Just temporary water weight. 10/09 UD 144.8 10/10 DD 146.4 10/11 UD 146.2 There is my carrot cake showing up. 10/12 DD 148.8 This is not going so well.
