Start Date: Restart July 2012 JUDDD. Start May 2012 Atkins
Plan for JUDDD-October

So September seemed to be about maintaining (so sad,lol!) but I've got a plan. Met my August goal of 169 and totally maintained in September. Not my plan, but crazy Tom showed up. I used to be regular and now the only regular is I don't know where or when Tom will show up. Annoyed~

So I'm going to be strict with my journaling, going up a bit with DD cals. (I've felt so hungry I can't sleep) and I'll be getting 3 workouts a week in.

Going to 35% for wt. 169 to see if I can't keep it more steady.

There is no shame in maintaining a good loss! And, it's awesome that you are putting together your October plan. Remember, this is not a race. Take your time. Get it off and then keep it off. You are doing great and will continue to do great because you have resolve and you have a plan!

Good idea Holly. I love the idea of a new plan for a new month.. Some times we get wrapped up in the whole loss part we forget that maintances is not just a givin.. its somthing we must remain vigillant on and you did that part just great while your body took a much needed rest! The mind always has differnt ideas then what the body is ready to do.. and when its ready to let loose of those extra pounds.. it will..
