Thanks ladies! I saw some before and after pictures early on in my JUDDD journey and also felt inspired and hopeful. My pics are before and DURING! I still have a while to go before I rest.

Yes- it's a new avitar

. My face is one of the first places that shows weight lost or gained for that matter! I'm trying. JUDDD works if you work it- at least that has been the case for me so far.

Thanks Carly for the before and during, amazing is just the right word!! This will be so motivating for so many people on the forum. It's not just the weight -- it's the improvement in long term health, the energy, the confidence that we can do anything and still enjoy food!!!

Yes- improvements in almost every aspect of my health. The only area that I have not reaped major rewards is with my level of pain. That I find so suprising since you would just assume not dragging 56 extra pounds would be enough to reduce some pain, but heck, my quality of life is so improved otherwise.

I used to do the sleepwalking eating too, but I was drinking cocktails most evenings and since I quit, so did the sleepwalking.

I gave up drinking in August of 1997 and this started sleepwalk eating in September of 1997

I'm not going to START drinking to see if it will stop, but I'm glad you were relieved of this when you quit.
