I did LC with low cal from 2/21/12 to 3/27/12.
3/28/12- 4/27/12 LC/ JUDDD.
4/28/12 to present- no carb counting at all, no food restrictions/ limitations, but some really high carb foods make me feel yucky if eaten in volumn.

Not really. This is the only aspect of Juddd that was slightly disappointing. I thought the weight loss alone would have helped the pain, but not really. I have had like a %500 increase in energy so that is amazing!

Carly I am so sorry that I somehow missed this amazing thread. Please forgive me.

You look truly beautiful in both photos but the transformation is incredible.

I think you are an amazing example to all thinking of doing JUDDD. You haven't allowed any of your (quite major) health issues to derail you and are doing wonderfully coping with the sleepwalk eating too.

You may be only 5'2" but you can stand proud. 30 lbs, is brilliant.

Ladies, you have no idea how much you mean to me and how priceless your support has been to me. I have never been able to feel comfortable talking about my sleepwalk eating and I never felt judged or criticized here on the boards regarding that, which I always feared would happen if I were to tell people about that issue.

Macy's... in 2008...

The funny thing is, that I am throwing my head back, but that was due to the heat and humidity frizzing up my hair and me feeling warm and sticky. I was shaking my hair off my face when DW snapped the picture. I do look kinda sassy though

Thanks, that is very sweet of you. That before picture really makes me cringe however. I think it is just such a testamony to the magic of JUDDD as well as the do-ability of it! I have never felt deprived on JUDDD and I felt deprived constantly on low carb.
