DD Friday Menu - Whatcha Havin'?
Woo hoo, it's Friday! :jumpjoy:

B - Lots of coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani
L - Nope
D - Chicken Caesar Salad (no croutons, dressing on the side and I just dip my fork in there for the flavor)
D - Hot cinnamon spice tea

B- coffee....coffee....coffee....I am sooooo tired...a long week and all that walking and etc. at the fair wore me out! (where is the exhausted smilie?lol)
L- probably my standby cup of soup.
D- talapia and salad

Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg - 87
Lunch: 2 oz ground beef + pickle, lettuce, mustard 160 cal
Dinner: same - 160 cal
Snacks - if anything, a HB egg (68)
Total: 475? Yikes, so high! I may have to cut the hamburger down to 1 oz...
The VLC on DD thing seems to be bringing my bouncing ball down the stairs more quickly, so I'm sticking with it until it stops working, lol. :)

Having dinner with the inlaws so fasting until dinner then hope to have just salad and maybe a piece of fish.

l - turkey and pickle spears
d- repeat lunch

I am at the state fair but my phone has a good connection

Aiming for 5-600 calories. Still winding DDs back after a holiday.

B: cream cheese and bacon bits. Sounds disgusting, but is my delicious solid equivalent of bulletproof coffee. 230
L: maybe huge bowl of lettuce with vinegar. 25
D: either a repeat of breakfast or two eggs fried in butter. 230

NK DD, been a hectic week

Coffee, black
swai fillet cooked w/evoo and capers and tomatoes
tuna w/mayo and dill relish on romaine leaves

B: Green tea
L: Egg white omelet with 1 Laughing Cow Garlic & Herb cheese, spinach, and taco sauce
D: Big bowl of broth with Trader Joe's meatless meatballs, Trader Joe's frozen stirfry veggies, tons of spinach, and a package of Miracle Rice

May snack on some sliced cucumber with lime juice and chili powder which will bring me right to 500 calories

Dinner: same - 130 cal
Snacks - if anything, a HB egg (68)
I will probably skip snacking - which will keep my cal right on the mark for a DD

Started my day with a banana, they need eating!
Water all day until...

Fasting breakfast & lunch.

Dinner....spinach/romaine salad with a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese, dried cranberries, everything bagel chips (in lieu of croutons), and low fat ranch dressing. Lately I'm loving this combo and can't get enough! And I will have some salmon/cream cheese spread on sprouted whole grain toast. Along with my CO it will be right around 500.
