I've been eating nutritional drinks for my DD's, this is my first attempt at eating real foods.
B: Coffee w cream
1/2 package of Trader Joes Organic Mixed Berry Blend (100 calories)
L: Arugula salad, 4 cups (40 calories)
3 mini sweet peppers (40 calories)
salad dressing (20 calories)
D: Rapunzel - Vegan Vegetable Broth With Sea Salt and Herbs, 2 Cup (40 calories)
Kale - Raw, 2 cup, chopped (67 calories)
1 cup mushrooms (15 calories)
I plan to saute the veggies in no calorie spray olive oil, then add the broth for a soup.
