10: 1/2 English Muffin/ 1/2 T SF Jam 1: Chix Broth w/ 1/2 C cabbage and 4 or 5 chunks of canned Chix breast Plain chix broth if needed 4: HBEgg (thanks, Adi) Plain chix broth if needed 100 cal yogurt before bed. |

1 scrambled egg + 1 mushroom cap + 1 cup of hot tea w/ sucralose = around 90 calories
Lunch & dinner: slice of salami and 1 pickle = 40 cal per meal = total of 80 cal snacks = HB eggs, 80 cal each, 2 eggs = total of 160 cal Total: 330 calories, which is a bit under my # - I'll see what else I end up eating along the way, to boost that up a bit. Maybe some mayo with my HB eggs... |

I actually forgot to eat all day long. 180 calories sounds like starvation, but I feel fine! |
