Busy day at work today--so I expect the DD to be relatively easy...

B - Coffee, unsweetened almond milk, SF Torani
L - Nope (working on my first hand-quilting project instead)
D - Hamburger, sauteed cabbage with a smidge of tomato sauce
S - Hot cinnamon spice tea

Happy Hump Day Everyone!

1 scrambled egg + 1 mushroom cap + 1 cup of hot tea w/ sucralose = around 90 calories

Lunch & dinner: slice of salami and 1 pickle = 40 cal per meal = total of 80 cal

snacks = HB eggs, 80 cal each, 2 eggs = total of 160 cal

Total: 330 calories, which is a bit under my # - I'll see what else I end up eating along the way, to boost that up a bit. Maybe some mayo with my HB eggs...

Whoops - ended up a little different from my plan.
B: 1 scrambled egg + 1 mushroom cap + 1 cup of hot tea w/ sucralose = around 90 calories

Lunch: slice of salami and .5 pickle = 40 cal -ish
Dinner: slice of salami and 1 cup lettuce = 40 cal ish
1 taste of guacamole I was making - no idea on cal count so I'll call it 10
Total - 180 calories - this is nuts! I actually forgot to eat all day long. 180 calories sounds like starvation, but I feel fine!
