DD Tuesday - Menu?
 
B - cottage cheese/peaches 133c
L - salad, chicken, sour cream, guac 230c
D - veggies and protein

Goal , under 600c

B - coffee w/HWC and Torani

L - Turkey chili (a big bowl to last me all day hopefully!)

D - Chai tea, or if I get desperately hungry, some roasted rutabega.

Thanks for the reminder about the Turkey Chili Lisa! When I was on HCG that was a staple for me during cool months and so very low in cals yet filling!

B - oikos greek peach yogurt 130c
L - progresso light chicken veggie rotini 140c
D - cfa grilled nuggets 110c, buffalo sauce 10c
S - too many almonds 121c, sf popcicle 15c

Brings me in right over 500 and if I can stick to this, it will be the lowest DD I've had in a while!

B. Skipped it.
L. Bulletproof Coffee (65 cal)
D. 4 oz tuna on greens with FF Italian Dressing (145 cal)
S. Greek Yogurt (100 cal)

I'm actually trying to see if I can make it through the day as a complete fast, or just with fat/bulletproof coffee. Failing that, I'll go ahead with the rest of the food and add in more if I need to. But this coming week is going to have lots of nights of eating out so I'd like to go into it as clean as I can.

No problem, Natasha! I'm glad we have a bunch of it, because it was more filling than I thought it would be and that just might get me through a few more DDs! :)

Steph, how do you make your bulletproof coffee? You just whizz it up with butter while it's still hot? Been curious to try it sometime for something different in the mornings.

One coffee with 1 teaspoon hwc (25)
Three more black coffees over the course of the day (15)
Defatted bone broth with gluc (65)

So, I'm at 105. Time for 220 calories of soup!
