Celebrate with me today!
I just realized that as of today between LC and JUDDD I have lost 75 pounds (I started at 238 right after the birth of my first child)
 It's taken a couple years but I'm the lowest weight since I was about 14 years old. I went from tight size 20/22's to 10/12 and I buttoned and zipped a pair of 8's the other day.Also my husband who is doing JUDDD with me just dipped into the 250's which means he has lost a little over 100 pounds total You can do it guys! It does take time and effort and weight loss doesn't always fall along our set timelines but if you continue to work, you will get there

That is so fantastic. I can't imagine fitting into an 8 and really don't know that I ever will. I will be really happy with a 12. Now I just need to focus more. My husband just started LC this week so that will be helpful.

Awesome! Congrats! I like the idea of not rushing weight loss! I've done it so many times and gained it all back. This time I have chosen to lose some, maintain for a while then lose some more.

I am so happy for you! Yay!!! And such a great reminder about the timeline. I have failed so many times because I wasn't making "enough" progress to meet some crazy deadline. Even now I get kind of upset at losing "only" 4 lbs a month. But I have been doing it consistently and it beats the alternative, right?
