UD TUESDAY!! What's cookin'?
I am still following the NK (nutritional ketosis) guidelines just because I can.
B - eggs scrambled in coconut oil, coffee with HWC, 1 T SF preserves
L - salad with hb eggs and broccoli/cauliflower (cooked),and fullfat dressing
D - peanut butter on one rice cake
Up Day today--gotta love that...;)
B - Coffee, Unsweetened Almond Milk, SF Torani and a teaspoon of CO
L - Home made vegetable soup and leftover pork roast
D - Bacon and salad
D - Low carb pumpkin pudding
I haven't punched in the numbers yet, but I'm pretty sure I will still have some calories to spend, so will eat to my UD number with nuts...

cottage cheese w/mayo for lunch
dinner party tonight
Didn't eat all 200 calories yesterday, felt kinda weak. Since I'm only 3# from goal, gonna start making some changes. I plan to and add more carbs in the form of vegetables.
B: Coffee with light cream
L: Pan fried sirloin steak added to well cooked cabbage in bacon grease and butter, yum!
S: Lord have Mercy on me :aprayer: - made a combo fat bomb/coconut bark - added ground coconut meat and chopped homemade chocolate coconut bark with chocolate almond butter from the grocery store. Candy is my trigger food :laugh: Heavenly yet sinful :o I'm losing weight eating high fat, what's not to love? :sing:
D: Probably pan fried sirloin steak with zuchinni squash
B- smart ones breakfast sandwich and a WW brownie (340)
L - nonfat pineapple cottage cheese (200)
S - a huge hunk of whole grain raisin bread with butter (~ 500 but yum)
D- planning roast chicken, salad, challah, greenbean mushroom and potatoe medley with strawberry rhubarb pie for desert.
I think I will safely reach 1900 calories LOL!
so, I'm trying a really clean lowish carb day today to get the ball rolling....
B- scrambled eggs with spinach
S- soy cappucino, apple
L- not sure yet, maybe a turkey wrap?
D- Chicken thighs amd vegies or salad (mmm...)
