Sweetthang, I came to JUDDD with all manner of prejudices and preconceived ideas but I truly believe it has worked for me because I did exactly what was recommended and put my maverick tendencies to one side for a few weeks.
I strongly recommend taking the advice of people like Cindy, Nancy, Carly and Dawn. |

I don't take resveratol bc I read it can have interaction with birth control and I am not about to mess with that. So from what you all are saying I should cut DD before UD? Maybe 1900/300??

Yes, if you can manage it, but if you need a bit more on you DDs don't beat yourself up. I believe in keeping those UDs as high as you can, can't remember what your numbers are, sorry.
