UD Monday - what's on the menu?
LOVE MWF up days. I struggle sometimes working on DD!
B - 2 eggs, toast, cheese, peach 425c
L - chicken, lettuce, guac, cheese, pico 425c
S - protein granola bar 190c
d - Fish, potato, salad 400c
400 extra for an after dinner snack!

I have the most wonderful meals on my UD, and they are so healthy.
B- omlette with crumbled bacon, mushrooms, green pepper, tomato, oregano and feta cheese, 1 slice of toast. (delicious!) coffee with EVCO and HWC
L- low carb tortilla with laughing cow low fat spreadable Swiss cheese, turkey slice of tomato
D-pot roast with nice green salad, green beans
Dessert- low Carb Flan

B - Coffee w/HWC and Torani; slice of banana bread I made on Saturday
L - Wrap made with chicken thigh meat, mayo, tomato and lettuce; a cup of roasted rutabegas with butter and pepper
D - Chef salad - ham, cheese, HB egg, tomato, and blue cheese dressing
Mid day today for me so I can have an UD on Tuesday and fast on Wed
B- half a large apple and a special k bar
L- nonfat Greek yogurt, half serving of special k chips and a 100 cal pack of guacamole
470 cals so far. Shooting for ~1000 so still have enough for a moderate dinner TBD.
I am stuffed! :p I really want to get back off carbs at least 75% of the time.
B - tennessee pride MINI turkey sausage biscuits 210c, 1 egg 70c, sprinkle of cheese 20c, hash brown 240c, low fat choc milk 150c
L - manwich 260c, 1 bun 120c, to go cup mac 220c
D - 3 leftover fried shrimp 265c, 1/2 baked potato 110c, salad w/ cucumber, tomato and kens northern italian dressing 100c
S - sugar free popcicle 15c
Leaves about 200 calories for something later...I know I SO did not need those hash browns or chocolate milk! I like putting this all out there so everyone can see though...makes me want to make better choices!
B: Sarah Lee bread X 2 with fig butter, sharp cheddar, and sliced turkey
L: Trader Joe's chicken tikka masala with cumin basmati rice
D: Lamb with mint jelly, potatoes fried in coconut oil with peppers, onions, garlic, and basil, artichoke with mayo.
Still have room for something else. I love JUDDD!
