UD SUNDAY!! Whatcha eatin'???
I am still following the ratios for NK since it has been successful for me the past few days.
B - eggs scrambled in bacon grease, coffee with HWC
L - salad with hb eggs and fullfat dressing
D - peanut butter on rice cakes
Yay! Marathon weekend almost complete--just have to do the normal Sunday evening "get ready for the week ahead" stuff...posting late, but posting my menu's daily really seems to be helping me stay on track...
B - Coffee, almond milk, SF sweetener and a little HWC
L - Restaurant with friends (very yummy smoked bacon omelet)
D - Spaghetti sauce over baked eggplant and mushrooms
D - Low carb cheesecaked topped with a dollop of SF raspberry preserves :yummy:
