UD Friday!!! Whatcha eatin'?

B - 3 eggs scrambled in coconut oil with 1/2 T butter added, coffee with extra HWC, 1 T SF preserves
L - salad with fullfat Ranch dressing with tuna
D - eggs in some form

Dottie - I was down another 1.2 this morning following the NK ratios for fat, protein and carbs. Had about 150 more calories on my DD than usual.

L - Birthday lunch for a co-worker, not sure where...
D - Homemade chicken tikka masala over cauliflower...
D - Got a craving for pumpkin pudding, so I think I'll bake some up tonight

Yum, the tikki masala sounds soooo good - I love Indian food

Gotta get two fillings replaced today, might have a medium day, depending on how I feel.

B - Coffee with cream
S - Coconut oil, 1 or 2 Tablespoons
L - Sirloin steak pan fried with zuchinni squash
D - Fried tunafish patties if I'm not in too much pain

Might make some chia pudding before my afternoon appt so I'll have something easy to eat.

Great news Adi!
I didn't weigh this morning, I think I'll go back to Monday weigh-ins so I don't overthink lol.

B: just coffee, woke with a monster headache
D: shrimp in garlic butter; broccoli w/sour cream, butter and cheese
S: small steak cooked in evoo and topped w/butter; spinach creamed w/a little heavy cream

Should clock in at the right % and about 1600 cals, so I may have an iced coffee w/half and half to get the calories up later.

Ended up at red lobster for lunch, the waiter was very sweet

Me: I'd like grilled shrimp and scallops - real scallops not the bay scallops, broccoli, no rice and butter and sour cream for the broccoli, please.
Him: "Sure, would you like some extra melted butter for the shrimp?"
Me: Why yes thank you! (yes he got a good tip lol)
