Pho at some point today. That's all I know for sure. I've been craving it for days, then the guys at work had it yesterday -- on my DD!

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
B. 2 egg omelette stuffed w/ laughing cow cheese, potatoes o'brien with broccoli in a cheese sauce + two Morning Star veggie sausage patties
L. Buffalo Chicken Wrap in a LC tortilla
D. Gourmet Mushroom Pizza Slice
S. Dove Chocolate Squares

My writer's group always meets at this restaurant that I loathe. I have tried so many things on that menu and they are all either bad or meh. The pizza is ok. Now that I'm JUDDDing, I can't tell you how much I resent having to spend calories there! Hahaha.

But we get the Dove dark chocolate if we did our writing for the week...and I did.

Soren, your breakfast sounds really good. I had about 650 calories for B-fast myself, and I'm hungry already.

Well the turkey burger was gross!!!!! I took one bite and spit it out. It didn't help that DH burned them. Saving those 200c for something better!

DH was sweet and asked if I wanted him to meet me for Pho, so we went to the place down the street. They no longer serve Pho! Ugh.

I got a Vietnamese sandwich which was pretty good, but not what I've been wanting.

Dinner is in the crockpot: cheesy chicken and I'll make some rice to go along with it. That leaves me with 700 calories to play around with.

I have (to the best of my ability) calculated that I blew past my UD calories by about 400. I seriously don't know.

B - 1.5 c 2% milk with SF choc syrup - 180
L - Arby's apple pecan chicken salad wrap - 630
D - Had a friend who wanted to meet for drinks, and I had 2 vodka/sodas plus split hot crab dip and baked brie appetizers with her. I have no clue how many calories--best estimate is about 1270.

If I had left it there, I would have been fine. The thing is, I didn't walk out feeling stuffed full, and for some reason I decided to buy ice cream on the way home. Then when I got home (after eating two scoops) I suddenly had a niggling feeling that I should go back and recalculate my normal calories. Sure enough, I had overestimated my normal (especially since losing 10 lbs), and I was suddenly way over.

i know it's not the end of the world. I just had the number stuck in my head from my first calculation, when I was going to the gym several times a week. Well, I haven't been back in at least three weeks now.

I guess I need to decide whether I want to get my butt back to the gym.

End of day yesterday--

DH was in a mood, and by the time he came home I didn't feel like cooking what I had prepared... so we ordered chinese. Not the best (the chicken wings are coated, so not very LC for him), but I had thai style eggplant (so, mostly fat is the issue there), and mu shu pork (1 or 2 of the wrappers, mostly the filling, which is veggies and some pork-- not too much sauce).
I did eat 4 fortune cookies
then a small serving of my homemade LC icecream

not the best UD, not the worst.

DD today, going to go post now
