Having a hungry DD, so we'll see how this pans out.
B: Black coffee (5) L: Small Wendy's chili with TJ's habanero hot sauce and Diet Coke (210) D: Maybe just veggies, or may have a small serving of chicken too. S: (If needed) Herb Ox no MSG/no gluten beef broth (5 per cup) I've been having issues with Wyler's and think it's the MSG. I also got some Sweet Coconut Thai Chai tea to try. The package says 0 calories. ![]() |

Long time no post! Too many out of town long weekends has me up about 10 pounds from my stat weight. Praying I can get it off sooner than later and needing to lose a few more as well! I switched up what I was eating on DD's and it wasn't satisfying me. Also not counting on UD's and those are not a good combo.
B - 2 scrambled eggs 140c, sf cappucino 30c L - progresso light veg rotini 140c D - chicken breast w/ onion & light mayo 200c Maybe a SF popcicle bring me in right around 500 praying I can do it! If so my first DD where I've stuck close to 500 in weeks!

Hi! I'm back from my Montreal weekend and leaving again Sunday for CA for next week... in between, definitely doing my rotations
B: choco canela mate (a davidstea flavor, supposed to give energy without downside of caffeine) with almond milk (about 45 cal) L: not sure. Had about 5g of cheddar cheese curd. D: also not sure, probably a big salad and some protein? dessert: either 55cal frozen almond milk or 40 cal almond milk gluc pudding... shooting for 500 cal, but if it's 600 or 700, that's ok too. have a headache all day so far, started last night ![]() S.
