UP Tuesday - What's on the menu

B - 2 eggs, toast 335c
L - salad with chicken, cottage cheese, almonds and dressing 300c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - creamy mexican chicken on lettuce with chips

Popcorn or ice cream this evening. Yesterday's DD was a bit high so today will be right on the numbers!

I'm afraid to eat! Got a whoosh down to 199 and I know it's not going to stick once I eat, especially if I go up to 1900 cals! But....this is what is planned. I'm going to go as long as I can before eating.

B - Coffee w/milk and Torani

L - Chicken Lo Mein

D - Whatever is left of the Chicken Lo Mein, and maybe a HB egg or two if I need it later.

I can't decide! LOL Kids had homemade chili yesterday and I was sure I was going to have some today but then someone fixed bacon & eggs for breakfast and I reallly wanted some of that last week and never had a chance. Decisions, decisions! LOL

Around 11 I'll have a protein drink and my CO (240 c)

Lunch - maybe 1.5 cups of chili (kind of high in calories) (450 c)
and something else around 200 cal.

Dinner - bacon & eggs & toast, zucchini bread & coffee (800 c)

d crockpot teriyaki-ish chicken with fresh pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, onions YAY and maybe a side of quinoa

got to drop my stats by .3 of a pound, finally down the TOM gain and lost a teenie bit after good down day yesterday

Even if it does go back up, you earned the 199, and you know you'll see it again.

Since today's an UD, enjoy it! Be sure to get your calories in, so your body doesn't "regret" the loss it showed and try to put it back on!

I agree with Dawn, trust the JUDDD process. It's when you think you know better than the rotations that things can go terribly wrong! Way to go!!!!!!!

I decided not to count today. Need a mental break from the process.

So far have had protein drink for breakfast, BLT for lunch, am eating corn chips and sour cream at the moment. Craving a big salad so that is probably dinner.

Dang, I love this woe...today it was steak, egg and hasbrowns with coffee au lait for breakfast and lasagna, meatballs and a breadstick with a glass of wine for supper...supper woe.
