eggs, eggs and more eggs
I only have 12 dozen in the frig.
B - 2 eggs with 1 T SF preserves, coffee with HWC (210)
L - eggs (150)
D - eggs (150)
total 510. I am trying to increase my DD's a little at a time to see if I can maintain without having to stay really low forever.

Just coffee so far today. Sunday was a great DD with several servings of Progresso light soups, so that's what I'm planning again for today.

Lunch: more leftover chilidog soup + jalapenos 100 cal
Dinner: last of the chilidog soup + jalapenos 100 cal
Snacks: slice of turkey lunchmeat + pickle + lettuce 35 cal
sauteed bean sprouts - not very many cal, I will have to look at the bag..
