L: 8 oz lamb kebabs, lettuce, cucumber, onion, feta cheese, olive oil 416 S: 2 HB eggs 150 D: 700 cal left, will have have some kebabs and cucumber |

L - a couple of cups of cheese popcorn D- roast beef, apple kugel, salad, green beans almondine and bananas foster over ice cream Holiday - so not actually counting today but trying not to stuff myself silly. |

L: Texas Roadhouse, steak, green beans, baked sweet potato, 1/2 a roll, iced tea D: Bison burger on a bun with grilled onions, mustard, reduced sugar ketchup, 2 slices Sargento ultra thin provolone, water Wine: of course Desert: 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 cup frozen strawberries, and a splash of coconut milk blended for a sorbet. Then I fell into the bag of trail mix and had to eat my way out! ![]() 2052 for the day (my goal is 2000). |
