wow my asthma!

Hi,

I'm new here but have done JUDDD in the past and loved it, and now i'm coming back to it. I have never properly read up on the health benefits was only interested in losing weight,

Anyway i gave up JUDDD recently for a couple of weeks and i've been trying to work out why my asthma has got really bad, i rarely have to use my inhalers but i've not been able to sleep or breathe properly and been using them everyday.

Now this could be a coincidence or maybe due to humid weather or the fact i have a bit of a cold, but i came on here and saw the pots about asthma and i'm now thinking it really could be because i came off JUDDD, other than the asthma i just generally felt crap, and unhappy following a normal calorie restricted diet, i can't wait to get back into this!

Glad i was directed to this site as its nice to have support from people following this instead of negative comments : )

I think it's quite likely that JUDDD was helping your asthma, and I hope you feel better quickly once you get back on it!!!

This really is the best site I've found for JUDDD, and the documentation about how it relieves asthma is astounding! I bet you'll be feeling better in no time.

Welcome, maidofstone! Sorry you have had to endure negative comments.

Yes, I am convinced that JUDDD is excellent for our lung health and therefore for the general boost in well-being we can all find in "breathing easy".

Many here have had health improvements in lots of different ways as well. Hope you will hang out with us.

I have the book and read all about the asthma benefits. So I was surprised when my asthma (usually very mild) got worse after I started JUDDD. For about two months I was REAL concerned but then it went away and I have had no more asthma problems. Guess I was healing BUT JUDDD is all about time to heal in my humble opinion.

Glad you are seeing benefits too.

I have a patient with very serious Asthma. I introduced her to JUDDD and it has been amazing for her. She doesn't need to lose weight (in fact I think she is a little underweight). She has noticed that there is a threshold she has to stay under on her DD's in order to keep her asthma under control.

My wife had terrible asthma and she started JUDDDing in June. Her asthma is much better and she almost never snores which has made me super

.
