DD Sunday! What's on your menu?

B: black coffee
D: tuna and romaine w/light italian dressing
S: hungry girl had a 2 cheese grilled cheese w/laughing cow cheese, ff american and roasted red peppers that looked good. May do that on the sara lee delightful whole wheat bread with a cup of broth. I'll add spinach to the sandwich as well.

Start Date: Restarting LC 7/17/13
Trying something new since I'm sick of my DD foods, and the weather is a lot cooler. I bought several cans of Progresso Light Soups, 90-100 calories a serving-Creamy potato with bacon & cheese, chicken pot pie, chicken & dumpling. I'm going to have a whole can for my 1pm meal, then break up another can into 2 servings later on today, with maybe a small salad in between. Hopefully the soup tastes as good as it looks!

Jan I've been very pleased with the soups that I've tried. Also, Amy's has some nice split pea soup (100cals a serving) that I add some water and miracle rice to - it's very hearty and filling.

I have used the Progresso Light soups with a bag of Shirataki rice for lunches at work during the winter. I especially liked the Italian-Style Vegetable, Santa Fe Style Chicken and Chicken Noodle. From 140-160 calories for the whole can is a good deal.

Just tried the Potato with Bacon & Cheese. Very filling, I only ate about half the can. It was a little bland, I added some onion powder, pepper & a few drops of hot sauce. I'm definitely going to add these to my go-to meals for DD!

so far - 170
Dinner - another 115 calorie bowl of chili dog soup
