UD Saturday! What's on your menu?

Good morning my fine friends!

B: coffee w/coconut oil and 1/2&1/2
D: burger patty stuffed w/bel paese cheese and sliced fresh jalapenos topped with a little HP sauce; cucumber slices w/caesar dressing
S: chicken thighs cut into bite size pieces and sauteed in evoo w/green onions, bell peppers and broccoli
Snack: almonds; coconut manna

Going for a MD today
B - nonfat greek yogurt and a small piece of challah (205)
S - half a large apple (55)
L- crock pot buffalo chicken lettuce wraps (150)
S- fiber plus brownie (90)

leaves about 500 for dinner which is still a mystery as of now.

Happy Saturday!
B - Almond Milk/HWC/Torani Syrup & coffee, omelet with taco meat and a bit of shredded cheddar
L - Not sure--lots of running around today so probably a restaurant
D - Steak, and veggies from the today's trip to the farmer's market
D - (for dessert!) - Low carb cheesecake with SF Raspberry preserves

No, I just dumped them in the yogurt, stirred it up and ate it. The last few bites they had started to get a little gel like though.
