B - e2 eggs with 1 T SF Preserves, coffee with HWC (210)
L - 3 thin slices Bryan turkey with pickle spears wrapped in loose leaf lettuce leaves (100)
D - HB egg (75)
Total 385 which leaves me room for broth is needed.

Bryan turkey and ham slices were on sale so I stocked up. Don't want to run out of my DD staples!!

Breakfast - 1/2 cup almond milk + splash of s/f chocolate syrup + driblet of peppermint (mint chocolate chip icecream, to the MAX) 20 cal
Snack - 1 slice lunchmeat plus pickle, 30 cal
Lunch - 100 calories worth of my fabulous low calorie chili-dog soup (about 3/4 of a cup - doesn't sound like much, but it's filling)
Snack - Mint-chocolate shake (40 cal)
Dinner - more chili 100 cal
Snack 1/2 slice lunchmeat 15 plus pickle plus 1/2 wasa 15 plus 1/2 laughing cow 17 = about 50
That puts me about 350 calories, with 400 as my daily allotment. Awesome!

Mmmm, Lowcarbinca, the chili-dog soup sounds delish - have you posted the recipe?

B: Coffee with cream (50)
L: Beeb's Pumkin Pie inspired choc. pumpkin cookies (45)
D: Shirataki noodle stir fry with egg white and fresh ginger (30) Very filling.

Total: 125, well below my 200 calorie allowance. Might have a plum tonight for a snack for good behavior
