I'm going to try not to eat anything today. Is that ok? I originally thought that i had to eat my down day calories but I read in another post that that is just a maximum and eating less or nothing is preferable. Any thoughts?
I am having a cup of black tea right now, mainly bc my office is freezing, but the caffeine should help too. |

So far today (5:30 p.m. here) I've had:
coffee w/ half and half = 40 calories Water, water, water with a total of one lemon squeezed in. I don't count the calories for lemon juice in water. I planned on grilled chicken breast for dinner but still debating whether or not to eat it since I'm doing OK. Don't want to go to bed hungry though. ![]() |

I think I found my DD staple....roasted squash! Wow....talk about filling! My fiancé and I each had half a butternut squash and didn't need to put anything but Mrs. Dash on it and it was fantastic! We're excited to try the acorn squash next!
Dawn, I go to the Twin Cities once a month and there's a Trader Joe's there--I'm going to check out that habanero sauce! |
