I'm Liking JUDDD

Since I started weighing, I've lost an average of .5 lbs per day.. I suspect that level of loss is unsustainable, (and it's already slowing down a bit I think) but nevertheless, I'm enjoying it while it's going on. I don't have a huge lot of weight to lose, and I'm already seeing a difference in my clothes and my mirror - in just a smidge over a week - and that's with COMPLETELY UNRESTRAINED updays.. and super strict <400 calorie DD. Today I'm going to try a little something different - a little restraint on my UD and see if it helps a bit. I'm also thinking about starting callanetics, but can't decide on which of the gazillions of videos to buy on Amazon, lol!
Sorry for the long ramble - I'm just starting my coffee and still a little rambly, lol - but the bottom line is this:
I really LOVE JUDDD!

Congratulations!! You are moving from the "I can eat that!!!" phase into the "If I wait until Saturday to eat that, I will probably lose faster and feel better" phase!!! PROGRESS!!!

Next phase is usually craving veggies ("I can eat a ton of that plain today, and with bacon, cheese and butter tomorrow!")

Veggies... Broccoli just went on 68 cents a pound-sale so I'm buying about a metric ton today..

That is so encouraging! You are doing great. I agree and other than a cold making me feel sporatically icky, the WOL feels good. We started within a few days of each other so hope to see lots of you on the way down.

You are doing great! Congratulations!

I bought the "Callanetics Evolution" DVD. I've done it twice now and both times I was really, seriously sore the day after.

It seems so gentle and not difficult at all while I'm doing it. So, it surprises me that I've got all this muscle soreness the day after. I guess that means it's working.

There are three levels of difficulty for each exercise and I'm doing the middle one. My biggest problem has been with my feet cramping up on some of the exercises.

Thank you! It's so exciting every time I see a new # on the scale, lol! I've ordered 10 years in 10 hours - I feel SO energized all the time, it's awesome!!

It's not my kitty really, I'm allergic. LOL I just love the kitties though!

It's so cute and cuddly.. I'll pretend it's mine, anyway. All the cats I've ever had were lap-cats, never left my lap, and always slept right next to my head. Of course I never stopped sneezing, and could have bought a car for the amount of kleenex I had to buy, but ohhh, it's worth it. (My kids are allergic too, or I'd have one now, allergies be BLEEP'ed)

We have 6, but I'd be willing to loan you one...
We love our furry children and if it weren't for the vet bills we would probably own a 5 bedroom home!

LOL! I imagine - pet care is soooo pricey now. When I was a kid it wasn't like that!
