DD #2

This is my second DD and it was a little better the Mondays DD. Today my body was like" hey your hungry and you need to eat something small". So I eat my last egg roll from last nights panda express, and a pack of string cheese. after eating that I was ok until I start moving around and cleaning. I started to feel light headed ( I still fell it) but I'm not hungry but I could eat. So I'm starting to get what my body is telling me "chill the hell out on DD and do my cleaning and running around on UD". I have been a little stress because my mom wants a new car and wants go out and eat. She get mad when I say " I'm going to cook tonight". I'm planing to go to subway and not go out tonight.

Just stick with it. It will get easier. Do you have the book? It might help you know what to expect.

If you get light headed, you could try some broth. It seems to help a lot of us. Sometimes it's that your electrolytes are out of balance and you just need a little salt. HTH!

I hope the broth helped. Once the body gets completely into fat-burning mode many of us find we have extra energy on DD. No promises, it does not happen to everyone, but you may end up like me - really enjoying how DD.

Have a great UD! Have you told your Mom about JUDDD? With luck she will adjust to your eating pattern. Then you will get "Is next Tuesday an UD? Can we eat out?" It makes scheduling a little more complicated, but the results are worth it!

My early down days were a misery. I sat and stared at a wall. So I'd say you're doing great!

You've got a long way to go and it's only going to get better.
