WOE: Lost 35 on WW/-6 on JUDDD...so far
Start Date: 1/18/2014-JUDDD
Happy Hump Day-DD DAY ONE...

Woke up late for work today so I had no time to make breakfast so that takes care of those calories! LOL! I did have enough time to throw a 140 cal Boca Chicken patty, a 100 calories ww sandwich thin and a 35 calorie slice of soy pepperjack cheese in my backpack. So my lunch will be 275 calories which leaves 325 calories for dinner. I was bummed that because I was so late I didn't have time in the morning to weigh myself and take starting measurements. I will do that tomorrow morning. And so because I was so late this morning I hopped on my bike to get there on time so I got in my morning exercise. Tonight it's either a Zumba class at my gym or working out with the Wednesday night workout group at work. I've got a bag of Shirtaki noodles in my fridge (I prefer Miracle Noodles but this is what I have) and some light chipotle Laughing cow wedges. I'm gonna wilt a little spinach and mix that all together for dinner. It's 11:00am here in Cali and I'm at work waiting to get called out for my first tour. Got a long day ahead of me for my first DD! I will be checking in and reading posts during my breaks!
