I'd like to come back...

I've been gone from this board and JUDDD for almost a year. Last year I was here in the fall and had lost 13lbs. (have 75 - 100 to lose) and I've gained back the 13lbs plus 8. I've joined a gym recently and bought a bike. I've been working out 3-4 times a week but still eating poorly so I'm fluctuating a 5-8lb loss and gain for the past 4 weeks. I just remember how successful this woe was! I just had a lot of life issues I had to deal with and feeling sorry for myself I allowed myself to eat whatever I wanted this past year. I need to get my eating in balance with my exercising. Oh and I recently quit smoking---it's been 1 month today with not ONE cig, not even a drag off someone's cigarette! Sooooo I'm going in the right direction of better health except for my eating. I need to get back into a routine of eating better and I know that JUDDD is such a good plan to get this flab off. And this board was so darn supportive! So I'd like to come back! I need friends who understand what I'm going through. And being with this forum will keep me accountable! So I am back on JUDDD starting tomorrow with my first DD! I'm off to scour the board for recipes and tips. I am making a shopping list too. I will come to the board often! Looking forward to meeting (remeeting) you all and losing this damn fat!!!

Back Bicoaster!

I just finished my first week of JUDDD, and I sure am impressed with it, and with this great group of new friends. I know just what you mean about battling the weight, dealing with stuff, and quitting smoking. I quit almost 10 years ago, and don't even think about it anymore.

I look forward to doing this journey together!

Will do! I think checking in regularly helps with staying on track. And even when things in life get hectic I'm gonna make an effort to check in! Just reading posts is very motivating!

A little of both I guess...what really happened is I realized that '**** happens' ALL THE TIME and I need to find ways to handle life's issues without going "well life is hard now so i'm gonna stop exercising and eating right"...cuz what then happens is that once the dust settles now I've got ANOTHER extra 5-10lbs to deal with.
