My own personal food diary....

So I have my tracker on my phone but even then I'm tempted to cheat and not record what I really ate.....so since I lurk on the boards all the time I figure I"ll start a thread where I record my eating habits for at least the first few weeks to get back on track. No need to comment but encouragement is always welcome!

Well yesterday was a bust....ate way too much and didn't do any exercises. But I'll have a good DD today!

9/12 - UD: 2057 cals: didn't do my exercises
