Will hold out as long as I can. Having salad and crab legs for dinner tonight. Making buffalo chicken today in the crock pot today to eat all this week in lettuce wraps. Yum.

Coffee day for me too. I have added 80 cal in cream and milk. Not going to have anymore though. Afraid it'll keep me up tonight! If I need anything later I'll just sip on sugarfree lemonade and water

L: 4.5 oz turkey breast and 2.5 oz steamed broccoli 185
D: will probably be leftover 2.5 oz broccoli and 5 HB egg whites for about 120 cal

trying to stick to 500 cal, if possible.

I have started melatonin and OMG does that work! I usally fall asleep in 30 to 45 mintues of laying there but now.. less than 5 holy great sleep~
