B- bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, HWC, bacon grease and garlic, oatmeal with Walden Farms syrup, splenda and cinnamon, coffee with pumpkin spice creamer.
L- Fish sandwich and coleslaw
S- Chicken leg and broccoli.

That's my tentative schedule. I discovered Old Bay seasoning and I am in love

WOE: Moderate Carb JUDDD (Lost first 4 lbs on WW)
Start Date: 7/4/2012 -- 42 lbs lost total
B. IHOP for breakfast--ordered from the healthy & fit menu but supplemented with hashbrowns (yummy) + 1 buttermilk pancake with butter, which was heaven, and I really only needed one. For like the first time ever.

L. A veggie burger with all the fixins

D. Hot wings, coleslaw, some dirty rice and grilled cajun tilapia

It was a very up day. I am full.
