B- greek non fat yogurt, a fiber plus brownie and a bite of a bagel (300)
L - lean cuisine and some blueberries (350)
D- craving lobster mac and cheese and a big salad but not sure if that will happen. I have about 1200 calories to play with.

B: woke up HUNGRY at 3:30 am. Had a sausage with mustard. 340. Can't believe that one sausage would be it for my DD!
B#2: bulletproof coffee. 200
L: I'm thinking cauliflower mash with homemade pesto. 100
D: wine 120
Salad 100
Ice cream 210 (Have never been a big fan. Loving it these days)
Some kind of protein 500 ish.
Total: 1570 ish.

Oh boy.

So far a nice calm salad and a small packet of plantain crisps.

But in the oven is a Chocolate Nemesis cake. This monster had 5 bars of 70% chocolate, 10 eggs, two whole pats of butter and a small bag of sugar. It's the legendary River Cafe cake and I saw a slice last weekend at a posh farm shop and just had to make it. I think I went over my calories just licking out the bowl!

I shall have one slice and pass it round friends and freeze any left overs. This stuff is dangerous. But thanks to JUDDD I can have my cake and eat it.

Skipped breakfast because we were having Kfc for lunch. So glad I did because had the biggest meal I've had in months!
Was about 1300 calories, burger, fries, piece of chicken and corn cobette.
So for dinner just had same size portion of pasta and meatballs as my two toddlers, about 400 cals
