I can't decide! LOL

Just had a protein drink post working out so that's breakfast.

2 choices for lunch....either bacon & eggs & hasbrowns or an egg sandwich of some sort OR fried rice with shrimp & egg and an egg roll. I'm thinking the later.

Dinner.....I will be out where I can't really buy a good meal so I have to think of something to bring. I had planned a nice sub sandwich but someone ate the roll I was going to use. Ugh. I was so looking forward to that as everyone else had theirs on my DD. :/

Toomuch, I hadn't looked at your info until I saw you mention Tim Horton's and then I KNEW you were from Canada. There was a really funny episode of "How I met your mother" than involved Tim Horton's and it always makes me think of that.

B: 22 ounces watermelon cubes (it was a really good watermelon) 200 calories
L: leftover Tuna Casserole from my kid's dinner last night 700 calories
D: Thinking sushi but I'm not sure. I've got about 950 calories more so probably some wine too

in the past (pre-LC), I was known to eat a whole, small, seedless watermelon (or at least 1/2 of a basketball sized one)... LOVE that in the summer! It started when I was on vacation in Israel, and the hotel we were at, served watermelon like that, out by the pool. SOOOOO Refreshing!
funny, I didn't buy any melon this year, even though I "could" on JUDDD. I went with cherries instead

S: This was totally not in plan but I allowed myself to have it: 2 oz mac nuts and 2 small fresh figs. I figured I will measure the nuts and drink lots of water after I finished eating them and it worked. They did not spike any cravings maybe because I had these right after eating meat. 408 cal, 25 gr carbs
D: 1/2 baked wild salmon 322 cal, 1 cup lettuce with 1/2 tbl EVOO 68 cal

total calories 1478, 25 gr carbs
