Hi. i feel crappy today, and can't figure out why. Specifically, having tummy issues (let's not get into details).

So, even though I work from home, I called in sick. which is super weird for me, but I didn't want to have to answer email or anything.

Food:
b: um, no. really. no

L: about 1:15, realized that I was finally hungry. Had 8 crackers (80 cal) and 2 laughing cow wedges.
and the pain in my stomach came back for a bit.
water

D: haven't a clue. I was thinking chicken and salad, but maybe just broth? Maybe almond gluc pudding later

446 cal and 14g carb, if I go ahead with the above.

Still feeling iffy, but I did get hungry, so I guess that's good?

Here's how today went-- still going to have a bite of my frozen almond milk when DH comes home and has his dinner:

L: crackers and some laughing cow
S: miso soup
D: 6oz chicken, 1.5 flatouts, a bit of tomato paste for flavor
Dessert: 4oz of my frozen almond milk (coffee/hazelnut flavor) made in my new icecream maker it has it's own compressor, and makes a smoother icecream

about 630 cal, 27 carbs
