We shall see. Thanks ladies. I'm still very low on energy and didn't feel like eating, ending the day at 305 calories. I guess that means it's a good DD, lol, even though I've been shooting for higher DDs. I will be heading to bed shortly, and it's only 8:30!

I am doing okay, around a 3.5, but we are out to a housewarming party this evening so it may go a bit pear shaped then.

Giving this DD a 5. My scale bounce scared the crap out of me this morning so i'm making sure I am doing everything in my power to see something kinder tomorrow on the scale. It's almost 4pm here and so far zero calories and a good workout that burned about 500 calories. Not sure if I'll eat something later or not. Gonna go shower and get my nails done to forestall the decision. Happy Saturday all!

I'm a little tired, but then again taking a 2 yr old to mass always makes me tired

Not bad. yesterday was probably UUAD b/c of the thanksgiving dinner, but I do need to eat something before dinner tonight.

Horrid weather outside and a gym class I don't especially enjoy are turning this into a 2. It is not hunger exactly but I want comfort!

Out tonight to a cocktail party with all DHs ex workmates and their wives, all a bit judgemental. I'll need a glass of wine when I get there!

Another 5 today! Last week I had a couple of difficult DD's, but that week was a bit off due to social engagements. This week, I'm focusing on DD's, making sure I have good food and time to prepare it.

So far, it's a 5! Planning is the key for me! Plan, plan, plan & then plan some more! I went to the health food store yesterday & got some Miracle Noodles~! OMG!! I made chicken noodle soup for dinner with broth & only 1/2 oz of chicken breast, diced up real small. It was so good! I also had a green salad with balsamic vinegar on it. Up until dinner, I'd only had an Atkins shake & 1 of Suzies corn cracker thins. I liked the cracker. They just arrived today. So, tonight I'll have a full serving of 3 w/LC Queso cheese wedge. Also, an Almost Like a Chocolate Shake. So I'll finish the day at 436 calories. Plus my drinks, water, diet drinks.

I said all of that to say this: This is my 8th DD & I "think" it's getting easier! I may change my mind next DD. But, for now I'm ok.

The only problem I'm having is cooking for the rest of my family on my DD's? My DH & son aren't doing JUDDD, so I cook normally for them. Sometimes the smells make me crazy! (crazier??) Maybe I need to post separately & see if I can get some suggestions from the Pro's!!

Ok today, about a 3.5. More hunger this time, but nothing unbearable. Just that my stomach kept growling--I've never had that to this degree before. But I had a lot to keep me busy and ended up having a snack at about 5pm, then "dinner" tonight after I got home from rehearsal. REALLY looking forward to UD tomorrow...

Awesome - a whoosh after an UD is always a good thing! I'm psyched to get down to 153 after hovering around 157 for SO long, and even after a week of eating whatever/whenever when camping, and a HUGE UD yesterday... I practically swam in butter and cream, lol!

I am having a 4 I think. Enjoyed my gym class today and treated myself to a small soya cappuccino afterwards. Been busy til now and have only had a 10cal broth, so at around 95 cals so far.
