711 calories today, ending with an apple at 11:45 pm in an attempt to quiet my growling stomach enough to sleep. I think I had plenty of fat but not enough protein.

Well Yesterdays DD i gave in at get this,, 930 pm..I acutally got out of bed.. i went to the kitchen. and said,, i dont care im soo tired oof feeling like this today.. SO..I MADE A GRILLED CHEESE LOADED WITH BUTTER~ OH,, and i gain a full pound over nite~ lmao,, who cares right~

3 today. Feeling deprived and hungry and annoyed. Not a good combo. Have had 75 cals already today. Hoping to get through on tea and diet soda for the rest of the afternoon to get home and make some filling veggies and maybe a boca burger.

Dare I say 5. One egg for breakfast, one egg for lunch and I am actually having a small glass of wine while I wait for my stuffed peppers to roast. Dinner should keep me until bedtime. Don't remember reaching dinner with enough calories to consider wine before.

Probably my best day since I came back. 2 cups of coffee with sugar free pumpkin creamer and a Protein shake for breakfast at 11 and Progresso light soup for lunch at 3. My DD limit is 600, and I am at 365 so far. My husband is making pork chops for dinner, and I am a bit leery about his technique as I know it will involve cream of mushroom soup and he gets a bit "offended" if we don't eat what he prepares, so I have to be kind of creative in eating tonight, but at least I am not starving and won't pounce on it like a dog on a bone.

Outstanding -- about a 4.5, which is a WONDERFUL change from Monday. I'm working at home today, which always makes DDs easier--less stress, more comfortable.
It's nearly 5:30 and I've only had my morning coffee with cream, and been only mildly hungry today. It's starting to ramp up a bit. I'm probably going to have dinner in about an hour and save a few calories for a late night snack. Hoping to keep it to 500 calories today. |

doesn't help that I'm prepping for a big Canadian thanksgiving dinner on Saturday. I know tomorrow's a MD (so saturday can be an UD). I also know I have a nice, filling dinner prepped, incl a full 6oz box of raspberries. Somehow though, my "iced tea till dinner" isn't cutting it today. I had a thin cracker and a triangle, for about 38 cal... Then I subtracted that from my dinner b/c I really wanted to go back to ~500 (instead of always upping it to 600 or 700+). So, I'm going to power through this. Not sure how, but I just will. ![]()

I'm having a hot cup of "chickory dickory dock" which is caffeine free, chicory/almond herbal "tea" (more like coffee, b/c of the chickory). I put about 1tsp of 1/2 n 1/2 in it. Sipping slowly.
I have miso soup on deck (35 cal) if this doesn't hold me for 2hrs... but 2hrs? hey, I can do that! |

Lol, i totally failed today...had some calories at the chinese buffet, guess ill count this as an up day, will just make my other up days less caloric, and go 0 calories on my DD and stay consistent from now on xD i trained hard this week though, so i don't think ill blow up due to this.

Really good day. Fruit only. No hunger. Was invited on an impromptu outing.Lots of walking. (4 1/2 hours). Even watched Sis & BIL enjoy their loaded chili dogs while I sipped my lemon water. Didn't bother me a bit. This is the first DD I have done something social.

Pretty good--about a 4.5. It's after 5pm and all I've had is coffee with cream this morning, and a lot of water. It's been a busy day at work. One big change I'm starting to notice is that DDs at the office are becoming easier. I don't get so distracted, and I've learned to dress warmer so that the DD chillies don't get to me.
I'm planning to spend most of my calories on dinner with my son. My favorite part of DDs now is around 5-7 pm when I realize that most of the day is past and now I just have a UD to look forward to. ![]() |

4.5- I didn't totally fast today but I'm actually going stronger than usual. I've had about 100 calories spread over the last 12 hours. I wouldn't think that would make any note worthy difference, but I'm really still energetic (6:25pm and getting dark)! I may try that again. 30 of the calories were for half and half in coffee which I've been skipping on DDs recently- it may just be the caffiene talking
