4.5 today. I had my espresso shake almost 4 hours ago, and I'm not really ready for lunch, only a smidge hungry, but I go to lunch in 10 minutes, so I'll have my chili anyway. Next DD, I think I'll have my shake earlier and see how far it'll take me.

I've been cold today too, and it's almost 90 degrees here! I think summer in Phoenix may not be so awful this year, at least on DDs!

I'm going to rate this one a 5. I drank only iced tea until about 1pm when I had my "morning" cup of coffee/hwc. Feeling empty but not hungry right now, although I did hear my tummy make a grumble a minute ago (grumble all you want down there....it's not time for dinner yet!)

Colour me green ... it's 41˚F here in Southern Ontario.

I had a 5 day today. I was psyched and ready for my 2nd DD. I drank crystal light and tea throughout the day and then tucked in to my very delicious salad for dinner.
Now I'm cleaning the house & doing laundry before I plop myself in front of the tv for the evening.

I dont know how to rate this day...I've only had coffee and water and intend to end the day with ZERO calories.Im developing a headache though so its been a bit tough
Food wise a 5... but between being cold and fighting a headache a 2.5.

A 3 I guess. Not so much hungry. Spread my food out ok today. But boredom is killing me. DH and I are so used to drinking on Friday nights after work we just can't figure out what to do. And if we're not throwing em back, whatever else we do is always centered around food. We literally don't know what to do! I had a feeling a Friday DD was gonna be a lot harder for us than a Saturday DD. he wants to go see some awful action movie and all I wanna do is meet our friends for HH margaritas!!! Instead I will learn a lesson from this.... No wonder were fat! Our only hobbies involve booze!

Today is my second DD. I was freezing today! Hunger was not too bad until I got home from work. Now I am suffering from head hunger. I do have more chicken in the fridge that is within my alloted food for the day. Just waiting to make sure I have it if I really need it. I just want to go to sleep but it is only 7 pm.. not quite bedtime yet. Can't wait to get something good to eat tomorrow. I am torturing myself my reading recipes. I shouldn't do that. I am a glutton for punishment though. I am excited to see what the scale will bring in the morning!

My weekends (and week days) used to center around booze. I had to cut back considerably before I could even think about dieting. Now, it's not the first thing I think about when I get home in the evenings, thank goodness!! I will have some wine probably tomorrow though...after some delicious food!!!

Good job on your second successful DD!!! If it helps any, I am dreaming (even before going to bed!) about food tomorrow too. Maybe that means I'm burning TONS of calories. One can hope.

So far so good. Went to the gym this morning for the first time in two weeks. Light activity means the treadmill for me which I find so boring, but it felt good to be back. Off to the grocery store soon to pick up some DD staples.

This is a hungry DD for me. I give it a 3. 180 cals so far and an hour of tennis. I am leaving soon to see a movie so hopefully can end the night under 200 total and wake up to see my UD indulgence bounce GONE.

My DD went well until about 6 pm. I was cooking some chicken tenders and suddenly started to shake and feel faint. I put some on a plate I had already made some salad on, didn't weigh the chicken, threw on some unplanned cheese (not too much) and didn't measure the (low cal) salad dressing. I'm pretty sure it was probably about 200 calories total. I then had two spoonfuls of coconut butter with a drizzle of honey. Then I had a fudgsicle. Pretty well done now, and I doubt I did too much damage. I did kind of plan on having a MD today, so no harm done. This is the first time I've had that kind of feeling on a DD.

ETA: I am still having hunger pangs, so I know I didn't eat too much...nothing I can't handle.

My DD started out okay, but by late afternoon I was hungry. I've taken 2 pterostilbene capsules and they aren't helping much, probably because it's my TOM. I already used up 400 calories on protein shakes and coffee with coconut oil & hwc.

I don't want to give in and make this a medium day, so I'll stick it out until morning. I'd rate this DD as -11,000.

Pretty good one here. I'll venture to call it a 4.9. Had a hungry moment or two around 3:30, but now it's almost 6:00 and I'll have my dinner of bacon soon. That'll make me happy and I'll fall asleep later dreaming of new lows!

I had about a 4 today. I'm feeling cold and my stomach was grumbling tonight after I ate my dinner. I was a bit food-obsessed too, planning all my meals for tomorrow which will definitely include chocolate.
My BF and I managed a 3 hour walk at our favourite nature centre so I got some exercise in today.

I'd give it a 4. But another slightly hungry day. I again had a food poisioning issue last night. This is the second time this week I've been sick to my stomach all night following an UD. I ate different foods so I'm not sure what's going on. Either way its awful cause I wake up basically empty inside and starving. Getting though Friday after Thursday nights episode was alot harder than today though, so I'm rating today as a 4!

Had a lovely weekend away so I'm carrying the emotion from that into today's DD. So far, not in the least hungry which is a pest as I couldn't face my huge protein breakfast this morning which is a no-no on the leptin reset. But, I really didn't want to force it and will write it off as part of my 'transitioning' as I don't count any of this as part of the official reset.

If I can make it through the next 3.5-4.5 hrs until DH is home and I can serve dinner then I will probably have had good enough DD.

I'm not hungry. I'm just a bit put out that I couldn't face a big protein breakfast this morning so have put back my transition to the leptin reset - and I'm already taking longer to move to that than I thought that I would.

I've got some head hunger scripts playing through my mind as I would normally have eaten something by now. And I'm a little apprehensive that eating the majority of today's calories with dinner will so moderate any hunger that it will likewise make me reluctant to eat my breakfast on tomorrow's UD.

Tomorrow will have to take care of itself. Enough fretting for now.

Im not hungry but after 2 UUADs in a row im not feeling to confident in Kim being a good girl today!!Thinking about trying to "sleep" the day away.(Can't eat while sleeping)Nothing much to do today(shockingly) so a loooong nap might be on the menu.

So far I'm rating it a 5. Just trying to stay busy, busy, busy. Trying to figure out if I can do a M,Tu, Th DD week. Got some weekend plans and wanted to leave F open, but don't think I can handle 2 DD's in a row.

JUDDD can be very flexible, as long as you've got the sirtuin established. Why not do Mon and Weds as DDs and do a MD on Thurs? As long as you don't UUAD, you should be able to pull it back easily from next Monday.

After lunch and I have yet to be hungry although I usually eat breakfast which I did this morning. Have to take some packages to the post office and then will consider having a cold boiled potato when I return. Ptherwise I am having a 5 for sure. Gotta love 100 mg of ptero to get me through.

Thought about that, but pretty sure I'm going to have a 2000 calorie UD in there if not more. Pretty sure it will be an UUAD. I guess I just need to stick w/MWF and if Satuday turns into UUAD then so be it and either fast on Sun or do a MD sun.

JMBM, cheers to you for thinking ahead and planning! Even if it is a UUAD, at a minimum you have given significant thought to your options and how you might best be succcessful. That is half the battle in my book!
