I'm sitting at about a 4 today. I find my DD's are easier when my UD's are pretty low carb, and when I'm very busy (either at work or home). Apparently distraction helps me out...

My DD was going great-then for some reason I ate 2 cheeseburgers! No bun, but still way, way more calories than I should have had. I even had to grill them, which usually deters me since I hate to cook. Crap, crap, crap.

Well my all day fast ended in a 950 calorie meal - oops. Could be a MD or a maintenance DD. All calories consumed in a 3 hour period so fast 5 (3?) style. Oh well, either way tomorrow will be an UD and the world will continue spinning.

Today's DD went pretty well, I guess a 3.5-4. Had my planned 500 calories and was super full earlier. Kind of hungry now but it's 11:00 pm so I'll have some tea and go to bed soon.

Probably about a 3. Battling head hunger. I really want to eat and there are so many options calling to me. It's not body hunger though so trying to drink liquids and ignore it.

I like it, this whole JUDD things pretty cool because on my DD i can go higher fat and then the next day include a tad bit of carbs to my LC way of eating due to the weekly average being the same :P im just making sure i get enough protein and fats to stay full, carbs are fillers or if i feel like my body needs em due to my workouts.

first half of the day, easy peasy. middle half of the day, manageable. last few hrs, chew arm off.
![]() and with higher fat, I had almost 700 cals today (aiming for 600). next DD I might go back to my fish and cabbage etc. vs. spending so many cals on bullet proof coffee, and see if that makes a diff. ![]() oh well, I am going to bed shortly, and when I wake up, I can eat ![]() |

I am not really HUNGRY, but I have used up all my calories and my DH is sitting here with this weird mishmash of jicama, salsa and cheese and OMG it smells so darn GOOD that it is making my mouth water! Come on tomorrow! Ready for UD!

I'm back to JUDDD after being away for a few months and today is my first DD. So far it's about a 3 but the day isn't over yet!
I tried to start with an UD yesterday but wasn't very hungry due to seasonal allergies. |

It is almost 2pm here and I've just had coffee and chicken broth so far. saving my cals for later as I am always hungrier at the end of the day. So far I'd give this DD a 6-7! feeling pretty good...my main issue is NOT going hog wild tomorrow!!!

4 -- I pretty much decided to go into maintenance this month (temporarily, for a break), and today's my first DD allowing myself higher calories. Wouldn't you know, it's almost 12:30 and I'm not really hungry yet.
All I've had is coffee. Heading out in a bit for my chili, and we'll see where the day goes from there. |

4 so far. It's 12:30 here and I haven't had any calories yet. Just iced tea with liquid sucralose. Not too hungry yet, but I found Oikos plain greek yogurt for 80 calories per serving, and that may be my lunch.

3. Kind of goofed already, by having a breaded chicken cutlet for lunch. I thought it would be about 200 calories and when I looked it up it was more like 280 to 300.
For 500 calories that means I'm done for the day. But I have planned some string beans and peas that were sauteed in olive oil, so if I can let this day be okay even if it hits 700 calories after dinner, and plan for the next DD to be lower in calories. |

About a 3.
First real DD since returning from 4 days of travel. I started the day with a fat bomb (almond butter/CO/butter), which didn't seem to have much impact on my morning hunger at all. Normally I just have coffee and 40 calories of cream and I'm pretty good until 2pm. So pthtthhttt on the extra 160 fat calories. I'm basically at my 20% mark right now and will be surprised if I can make it through the evening without anything else. |

4.5- fasted till 4pm (no liquid either...I've never done that and not really sure why I did today?) At 4pm I had a 35 calorie packet of miso soup. I have to speak at a meeting at 7:15pm- so I gotta get going.
