I am feeling good today! It's beautiful weather here in Atlanta and I've enjoyed doing a bit of work around here. I've only had bulletproof coffee so far today and I will eat a small dinner tonight, so I should finish the day at around 300 calories. I'll have my first MD tomorrow so that I can switch rotations and enjoy an UD on Easter.

Most definitely a 4+.

Mine is going ok. I am up to 160, but feel kinda bummed that I can't look forward to anything "special" tonight (like wine ). Been getting tons of comments on my weight loss today though.

I'm having one of those days where everything is just not in my control.

I met DH at the County Clerk's office on my lunch break (applying for passports) and they took almost 2 hours! I didn't get to have my beloved chili, but had to settle on a 210 calorie frozen meal I had in the freezer at work. It was okay, but now my stomach is aching.

I often just have miso for dinner on DDs, but I'm thinking a salad might be called for tonight. We shall see.

So far, a 3, but it's not JUDDD's fault.

Staaaarving today (real tummy pain!) even though I have had 500 cals of potatoes already. Not sure the PDD approach is going to work for me long term but if I get a drop on the scale tomorrow and it sticks I will be willing to suffer. I'll let you know tomorrow.

I am doing a potato DD also and for some reason I am really hungry today. Must be the moon and stars aligning. Or the full moon.

I feel like a big FAIL today!
Maybe it is something in the air. I just felt too hungry.

hey, if you have a DD tomorrow you can have an UD Easter! That's one I'm dreading.

I have this weird sort of nervous energy thing going....hope I can sleep tonight.

I'll have to keep tomorrow an UD so I can stay on the rotations with DH. But I plan to make it a good UD and Sunday is going to be a egg DD. I had the thought of just throwing in the towel but because I come and read all the encouragement and advice here I know to just keep going. Leave today behind me. I think?

Janette, don't give up. I've had 5 UDs in a row more than once and still maintained. Started back and started losing again. The only way you'll fail is to quit and never start back. 2 UDs, hell 3 UDs is nothing!

B - Coffee w/h&h 44 cal
L - Seaweed (gotta love this diet!!) 30 cal
D - A serving and a half of chicken tenderloins cooked in coconut oil and garlic then mixed with a half cup of Classico Romano Alfredo sauce and a bag of Miracle fettuccine
1/2 cup roasted asparagus
260 cal

Sitting at 334 and I have room for a little peanut butter!! Booyeah!!!!!

I'm at 378 and feel like I've had nothing lol. Most of my calories today were in coffee so that explains it. I wouldn't trade it though. Sipping on my last "meal" of the day: better than boullion w/a teaspoon of lite cream.

I just realized you've lost 55 lbs on JUDDD! I don't know how I missed that. Maybe you're where you need to be and should try 5:2? A lot of JBs have lost without even trying on 5:2. Just a thought...

Seeing lots of good DD reports, and several extra hungry ones too. Hmmmm....

Mine, now that it is over, is a 5. I felt hungry today, but not in a bad or uncomfortable way. I just felt like my body was burning fat. I also had the DD shivers - it was 90 degrees here today - so I'm pretty sure something was happening in that area. I'm hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow. I'd like to eke out as much loss for March as possible!

This was a shameful DD a 2 at best
Started out good...Dh and I had some business to do a few hrs. away and we got there an hr. earlier than planned.It was around 1 oclock and id only had coffee and water so far.Dh suggested lunch....I decided ,why not we could share a plate.We split some chicken and fries 480 cc for me.That would have been ok(im allowed up to 500)....but thats not my personality...Id decided earlier to fast today and Im an all or nothing kinda girl.I was mad at myself and felt like id blew it.
So being at 480 put me in a stupid funk...we made it home by early evening and Dh decided to eat some tortilla chips and salsa con queso I had bought for an UD....they attacked me when I was walking by them I yelled for help but was then assaulted by a bowl of vanilla icecream...it was an UGLY mess. Probably ended the day at 1500 cc so not even a good UD...kinda a high MD.
I know whats wrong,this whole holiday weekend is messin with my head.We celebrate Easter with a HUGE dinner and it was suppose to be a DD for me,and making it a MD or UD has been bothering me all week.I just been starting to really lose again and felt stuck between a good weekend loss or enjoying the weekend with my family.Some would say ,you can enjoy the weekend w/o eating...some would say this is a wol and that means you need to enjoy family events,some would say its a wol and they follow it regardless of holiday,family,vacation,ect because that is why they were fat to begin with.
I need to find my way....and I will.I'm back on plan already.I can tell this weekend is gonna rock the boat but oh,well,thats life for me

Woke up with a sick migraine so DD was easy. Too nauseated and dizzy and in pain to want to eat. Drank broth and nibbled a cold boiled potato. Means I will probably be up on the scale tomorrow. I am retaining water according to my swollen hands.

I did it! I made it thru Easter day with not even a bite of choc. Cals were about 350 and my tummy is rumbling. I'm off to bed... hopefully will wake up
to a new low.
Sorry you're not feeling great Adi! I've heard migraines are the worst...take care.

Migraine....no good
Kind of a cruddy way to succeed on a DD, hope you got it to go away!

Successful DD, stopped at 464. Funny thing is there was nothing served at Easter dinner that even tempted me to cheat! It is really nice to be that in control of my choices!!

A sad miserable 2 today!
I was out running errands with my son and we ended up at Burger King....so I had a whopper jr, diet coke, and about 6 of his fries. i figure I'm around 500 cals for the day so now all i have to look forward to is water and tea. I'm also afraid the carbs in the bun and fries will start cravings!
it could be a long night!

It's been kind of hard today. I've taken supplements hoping to help my appetite, but nothing seemed to work. I'm still very hungry. Having some coffee now and I've got 145 calories left to get to 500. I thought I'd left the higher DDs behind...will not go over 500 anyway, but miss the feeling of control I've been having.

I only ate one meal yesterday but snacked plenty. I didn't count, so maybe I was below my UD calories. I had 3 UDs in a row and didn't want to overdo it. Unfortunately, it's making this DD very difficult. Yes, I hope for a better Thurs!!!

Probably a 4.5. Did well all day but wanted something other than potatoes this evening so I made those gluc dumplings in some chicken broth. Tolerable and I ate three and I am stuffed so we shall see how my stomach handles all that fiber. That was about 30 calories. Lookinf forward to my hearty breakfast in the morning. And Dr. Mercola was suggesting skipping breakfast in his blog today but I so like my UD breakfasts.
