DD going great so far. Made chicken, cheese and cabbage dish and was so excited. I haven't been able to make this for so long due to not having my own kitchen! I have really missed this stuff. Funny the things we long for, right?

I haven't done any exercise today, we've had repairmen in and out of the apartment for most of the day, no way was I going to start exercising with them coming in and out. I'll let my food digest for a bit and then do some yoga or some Callanetics or both.

Pretty good down day, at least a 4.5!

eta: Lili, I'm glad you weren't hurt in the accident! Or not hurt badly, I mean. Take good care of yourself these next few days.

5. Just coffee- less than 80 calories worth of creamer. Getting ready for bedtime snack at about 8:45pm or 9pm.

Sure. I do. I don't usually associate mine with my WOE, though...I can get down on an up day too. Mine seem unrelated to diet. That might not be true for everyone, though.

. I don't get down very often, but sine half my life was DDs for a year I occassionally had a sad DD, but I'm sure I had some sad UDs too. I don't think it was juddd related as much as TOM or a life stressor, but I think you may be more aware of it if you are hungry or if you used to eat to feel better.

On any given day I can usually cope with what life throws at me but it seems on down days, especially down days I am off, I get depressed real easy. Not sure if it is the not eating that makes it easier to be sad or what.

Hmmm...maybe you need something to occupy your mind, especially on your days off? In the beginning days of DH and I JUDDDing, we used to schedule movies and stuff for DDs to give ourselves something to look forward to on DDs. It helped. Maybe try something like that?

I usually do try to stay busy but it was cold here today, had flurries this afternoon (so much for spring!) so I stayed in. Weather matched the mood I suppose. Once it warms up I will be outside and more occupied.

Hope so. I've been there, when you just want spring to start already. We just moved out of Springfield, MO, so I really know what you're talking about. Maybe a nice warm bath, that usually helps me when it's snowy and cold. Here's a nice warm in any instance.

I hope tomorrow is better.

Taghag, I do have "down" days too. Honestly, I've never noticed them falling specifically on DDs or UDs though. It very well could be the lower calories, or the winter dragging on, or maybe a combination. At any rate, I hope you get some warm winds that stick around, and feel better.

Luna, sounds like you're settling in. I agree, no exercise of any kind with strangers about! I'm such a Callanetics convert now - hopefully you'll be able to get back to that soon.

My DD is probably a 3-4 at this point. I've been hungrier than usual today, probably due to my nearly 100% carb intake yesterday. YUM! Very much planned, but always knocks me for a loop. I have a pretty substantial protein dinner planned and I'll be having it soon. I'll make it!

Settling in pretty well. I did get Callanetics Evolution done tonight, first time in a while, can't remember how long. Long. Which one are you doing, LCG?

I'm still doing 10 in 10. It's the only DVD I have at the moment, although I think I can get most of SuperCallanetics online. Seems like the same as 10 in 10 with a few extra positions though.

Same here Corvettebuff. Only it is 4:50 here. I get up at 4, leave house around 5 to be at work at 6. First DD at work today. I plan on eating my first meal about 11, (this is my lunch time at work) before then I will have coffee with my coconut creamer and maybe the diet hot choc for 25 calories a cup. Might add some coffee to it an make a mocha.

Hope all of you that are on a DD have a great day today. Those that are on an UD, enjoy!

So far pretty good. So far coffee and green tea. 20 calories worth of creamer in coffee. Planning on black eyed peas and mashed potatoes for dinner.

Good DD. Coffee/coconut creamer and 1 pack of diet cocoa at work, this was 75 calories.

First meal at 1, 166 calorie sammie.

I have dinner planned for around 6, this is 153 calories, this will put me at 394 for the day. I might have a 100 calorie treat if I need it after dinner.

Great job everyone!

4.5 today. Hunger's been fine. I just finished my miso soup for dinner, ending the day at 235 calories. I'm sipping some David's Tea and enjoying my evening.

I think the DD day is weird. On a DD I worry all day about what to eat or not eat. I want something to eat but I really think it is all in my head and I'm not really hungry. Then on an up day it is like I really not sure I want anything I'm not hungry. I think just knowing your not suppose to on a DD makes you want it. Does that make any sense to anyone other than myself?? Susan
