Finished the day at 380 but I so just wanted to emotionally eat. Took over two hours to get home in this snowstorm. I'm not giving in though. I'm going to read a little then head off to bed. So thankful I made it home safely. And to think that earlier I was complaining to a friend that I was going to die from hunger today. Yup I felt that dramatic and had a not so great DD. Looking forward to tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great UD. Night!

I'm WAY too embarrassed to write down everything I ate today so... let's just say I really need to get better at controlling DDs

My DDs are going up to 450 - 500 when it needs to stay at 390. Tomorrow marks just my first week of being back on JUDDD so I'm hoping there's still time to not completely screw up!

So far (and no, my day is far from over yet, I work crazy hours), about a 4. One of the best things about the new house is that my office is upstairs and a bit of a trek down to the kitchen. Out of sight, somewhat out of mind.

Have yet to indulge in soup, so I'm still at 150 cals so far. Will probably break for soup in the next 20 min or so.

A 5-for me.We had a HUGE dinner at church tonight but I stayed true.Tons of food and desserts.I had Coffee only.It wasnt really as hard as you'd think,once you make your mind up to do it,it just gets easier.

But you only started on the 12th didn't you? So you are well within you two week induction period of 500 cals of DDs. Dont feel bad, you are doing great. Congratulate yourself it helps to put a positive turn on DDs.

Better than last DD. didnt feel the 'I'm going to eat my fingers hunger' but did need to eat something about 10:30 and then ate again at 3:30. My kitchen usually closes around 4:00.
So I'll give it a 3. I remember it gets easier. Can't wait to have a 5!

It's odd how much easier a DD is when you're not attempting to cope with a malfunctioning washing machine and clean up a flooded kitchen.

Emotionally better than the last 2 days (about a 4). Hunger control is somewhere between 4-5.

This is my second DD. I was actually looking forward to it. I waited till fairly late yesterday to get all my calories in and didn't think about the food I had lined out. Some of it was way to filling and carby so it was hard getting all of the calories in I came out maybe 150 calories low. But I about made myself sick so I need to regroup tomorrow and pick higher calorie foods and not so much of it. I haven't started today yet for my 325 DD. Trying to figure out what would be good also trying to eat in like a 6year window everyday hoping that with this WOL will work for me but I may have to enlarge that window on UD not sure trial and error I guess. Thanks for the moral support from this thread. What I have really noticed on all the JUDD threads everyone is trying to help and there isn't that childish bickering going on or drama that makes me a happy camper. Susan

I'm about a 3 right now...hungrier than normal...had a small Wendys Chili 210cc and it tasted sooo good.Maybe thats whats wrong,it was too good!

I spoke too soon. Having a small wrestle with the desire for toast following my first ever fire in a microwave - fierce enough to set fire to the paper towel, turn the potato to charcoal and produce truly impressive palls of smoke.

A fair amount of clean-up and airing lies in my future.

My last two DD's have been rough. I started out fine and then I just started to feel tired and hungry. I went to the gym and finished eating by 7. Now I'm truly about to pasa out at 9pm. Eh

Worked really hard at the qym, 2 classes back to back so came home ravenous.

Sorted that out by eating 200 cals worth of mashed potatoes, perfect comfort food in this cold weather too.

Off to the theatre again this evening, so probably just some broth later.

So I'll call it a 5

I just had a nice older lady ask me if I was doing alright at work. I've never seen her in my life but she just wanted to check on me because I "looked like I was about to fall out my chair" lol. I don't feel so bad at the moment though so I guess my body is doing things my brain hasn't caught up on.

Excellent DD here.......a solid 5!

Had an intense boot camp workout, came home and had a T of MCT oil in my coffee and since then have just been drinking lemon water & hot tea. I'm saving the bulk of my calories for dinner & a snack before bed.

Love this WOE, if only the scale would move! Sigh..........

a 5 for me and a very low calorie day it is. I am having a cup of broth and then will go finish chores and be done for the day. I am not a night eater so that is good.
